Do you serve my city?
We work throughout Los Angeles County, including the San Fernando Valley, the foothill communities, Central and East LA, the San Gabriel Valley, and the Westside. The list above covers the areas we serve most often, but it is not exhaustive — if you do not see your city, call us at (818) 264-1955 and we will tell you straight away whether we cover it.
Do you charge extra for travel to outlying areas?
For the cities listed on this page, no — travel is included in our pricing. For projects well outside our normal service area we will tell you up front if a mobilization charge applies, before you commit to anything.
Does the permit process differ from city to city?
Significantly. Los Angeles, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, and the unincorporated county areas each have their own submittal requirements, plan-check timelines, and inspection preferences. We handle permitting in all of them and factor each jurisdiction’s realistic timeline into your schedule.
Are your crews local or subcontracted from out of the area?
Our crews are local and work these neighborhoods continuously. That matters for scheduling, for responsiveness when something needs attention, and for knowing the soil and construction styles common to each area.
Do soil and structural conditions vary across LA?
Very much. Hillside neighborhoods in La Crescenta, La Cañada, and the Hollywood Hills bring slope and drainage considerations. Older flatland areas often have raised pier-and-beam foundations. Newer tracts are typically slab-on-grade. We approach each accordingly.
Can you handle a project outside these cities?
Often yes, particularly for larger projects. Reach out with your location and what you are planning and we will give you an honest answer about whether we are the right fit.
