Hollywood Construction Corp. (“Hollywood Construction,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates a transactional SMS messaging program to keep customers informed about their appointments, estimates, and projects. By opting in, you agree to the following terms.

Hollywood Construction SMS Alerts

Message Types

You may receive: appointment and consultation confirmations, estimate follow-ups, project status updates, crew arrival notifications, payment and invoice notifications, scheduling reminders, and customer-service follow-ups related to your project. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per project. Frequency may increase during active projects or if you have multiple jobs scheduled.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific text and data plan. Hollywood Construction does not charge for SMS messages.

Carriers

Available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from us.

Consent Is Not Required

Opting into our SMS program is not a condition of scheduling an appointment, requesting an estimate, or using any service from Hollywood Construction. You may contact us by phone or email as an alternative.

No mobile data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
